I started my FitFlex journey in January of 2017, and it has been a truly life-changing experience. I joined so that I could make better food decisions, and learn about the best foods to eat for my active lifestyle.

For years, I have been an endurance athlete – running, hiking and climbing mountains. When I started boot camp and CrossFit in 2015, I knew my diet had to change in order to sustain muscle growth and development, and allow for me to also maintain my endurance activities.

In starting with FitFlex, I quickly learned how great my body was capable of feeling when getting the right nutrients personalized for my body and my exercise levels. It taught me the macros I function best with, the right foods to eat for sustained energy, and the right timing in which to consume all of my foods. I saw results quickly, not only physically, but mentally as well. In learning all of this, I found it was easy to eat healthy foods and still enjoy life and indulge when I wanted.

Steph is an amazing coach and provides endless knowledge and motivation to her clients, not only on nutritional matters but overall health and strength as well. I cannot recommend this program enough, it is really for anyone wanting to learn how to eat to feel their absolute best.
