What Is Flexible Eating?

Flexible eating, or fl­exible dieting, is not just another weight loss program you will try—and fail. With ­flexible eating, you will change your habits and lifestyle—and you can be successful. Many people have issues with food. Some people overeat, while others under-eat. Others wonder just how many carbs and protein they should eat in a day. Traditional diets are all about deprivation. With ­flexible eating, no food is off limits. Anything can fit into your macros (within moderation)!

Why Do You Need a Coach?

You might be thinking that it would be pretty easy to just get your macros calculated—and run with the program. If you are the kind of person who is extremely self-motivated, that might work. But nothing beats having a coach for accountability. A coach will also provide you with the support necessary to ensure your success. We are available to you via text or email.

Macro Coaching

This level of coaching provides you with individualized nutrition based on your current body composition as well as the goals you wish to achieve. A three-month minimum commitment is required, and macro nutrient percentages will be adjusted as needed. The flexibility of this plan provides for long-term success because you can eat whatever you want, as long as you hit carbohydrate, fat, and protein daily goals.
In addition, you will receive the following to help you stay on track and be successful:

  • A system to track your macro nutrient numbers, measurements, and weight
  • Weekly check-ins with a coach to help you stay accountable
  • Support and guidance on how to change your habits and lifestyle for long-term success
  • Community support via a private Facebook group where the coach posts tips and other clients post questions about
    flexible dieting
  • Quick response to your questions via email or text, usually in 24 hours or less
  • Help with strategies for success in the real world, including eating out and socializing

Lifestyle Coaching

If you are not ready to count macros, this plan teaches you about making strategic food choices on a consistent basis that will help you reach your goals. Again, I require that you commit for a minimum of three months.
In addition, you will receive the following to help you stay on track and be successful:

  • A system to track your meals and progress
  • Weekly check-ins with a coach to help you stay accountable
  • Weekly lessons and assignments and guidance on how to change your habits and lifestyle for long-term success
  • Community support via a private Facebook group where the coach posts tips and other clients post questions
  • Quick response to your questions via email or text, usually in 24 hours or less
  • Help with strategies for success in the real world, including eating out and socializing
